Terms of Use
Rules for FREE accounts, DJPORT PREMIUM, catalogue access, downloads and platform security.
1Service
- DJPORT is an online music platform and technical service for DJs, producers and labels.
- FREE accounts may browse the catalogue and play 60-second previews. Full playback, downloads and Premium tools require active DJPORT PREMIUM.
- DJPORT may use third-party infrastructure such as hosting, Cloudflare services, payment operators and email providers to deliver the service.
2PREMIUM
- DJPORT offers exactly two global EUR plans: EUR 11 for 30 days and EUR 99 for 12 months.
- All new payments are processed exclusively through Stripe Checkout. Stripe securely presents the payment methods available to the customer. Automatic renewal applies only when Stripe Checkout clearly presents the purchase as a subscription before confirmation.
- PREMIUM is activated only after DJPORT receives a server-verified successful payment confirmation from Stripe. A failed, incomplete or unconfirmed payment does not activate or extend access.
- If a payment is fully refunded, reversed, suspended or successfully disputed, the PREMIUM period granted by that payment may be automatically removed. Access may be restored if Stripe later confirms that the same payment has cleared or the dispute was resolved in the customer's favour.
- During an active PREMIUM period, the user receives full playback, catalogue downloads, Smart Packs and supported ZIP downloads, DJPORT ID, STUDIO, MASTER, playlists, favourites and other Premium DJ tools. The same track may be downloaded a maximum of two times in one Premium period, including delivery inside supported ZIP packages.
- DJPORT may apply reasonable technical limits to prevent abuse, account sharing, scraping, automated downloading or circumvention of access controls.
3CONTRIBUTOR
- Accepted submissions can build CONTRIBUTOR status. Monthly rewards are based only on tracks approved by DJPORT: 20 accepted tracks = 3 Premium days, 50 = 7 days total, 100 = 14 days total.
- Thresholds do not stack beyond the stated monthly total. Duplicate, unlawful, misleading or low-quality submissions may be rejected and excluded.
4Accounts and security
- An account is intended for one user. Sharing credentials or allowing multiple unrelated users to use one account is prohibited.
- Users are responsible for protecting their password and should report suspected unauthorized access through the Contact page.
- DJPORT may restrict sessions or access where necessary to protect the service, users or rights holders.
5Music and intellectual property
- Access to DJPORT does not transfer copyright, neighbouring rights, producer rights or public-performance licences.
- Users are responsible for obtaining permissions required for any use of music outside the platform.
- User-submitted material is governed by the Music Submission Terms and may be removed or restricted following a valid notice.
6Payments, availability and complaints
- Payments are processed in EUR by the provider shown during checkout. DJPORT records transaction information necessary to provide access, support security and handle complaints.
- Where Stripe subscription billing is selected, a successful renewal extends the corresponding Premium period. Failed payments do not activate or extend access.
- Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, security incidents or failures of hosting, CDN, payment or other infrastructure providers.
- Complaints may be submitted through the Contact page. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
