DJPORT Complaints and Notices

We accept all complaints, transfer or payment problems, privacy requests and information about possible rights infringements at one address: [email protected].

1. Technical Complaint: provide the Account stage name or email, event date, problem description and the downloaded MP3 or ZIP pack name. If transfer was deducted, include the transaction value shown in history.
2. Payment Problem: provide the Account email, selected package, amount, payment date, PayU or PayPal operator and transaction number if available. Do not send a card number, CVV/CVC or online-banking password.
3. Rights Infringement Notice: identify the exact Material URL, title, right that may have been infringed, grounds for the request, contact details and a statement that the notice is submitted in good faith. DJPORT may request documents or further explanations.
4. Privacy and GDPR: opisz żądanie oraz wskaż e-mail przypisany do konta. Dla ochrony konta DJPORT może poprosić o potwierdzenie żądania z tego samego adresu e-mail.
5. Royalties: w sprawach rozliczeń podaj konto, utwór i okres rozliczeniowy. Nie wysyłaj danych podatkowych ani faktury, dopóki nie są potrzebne do konkretnej wypłaty lub DJPORT nie poprosi o ich przekazanie.
6. DJPORT może poprosić o uzupełnienie zgłoszenia, jeżeli bez dodatkowych informacji nie można jednoznacznie ustalić konta, płatności, operacji albo materiału.
7. A complete complaint will be handled without undue delay and no later than 14 days unless the law requires another period. For particularly complex matters, DJPORT will provide an update on the review.
8. W przypadku potwierdzonego błędu po stronie DJPORT możliwe jest przywrócenie niesłusznie odjętego transferu, poprawienie salda, ponowne przypisanie pakietu albo zastosowanie innego właściwego rozwiązania.
9. After receiving a complete and sufficiently credible infringement notice, DJPORT immediately blocks public access to the specified Material while it is reviewed. The Material is then restored or removed depending on the review and any appeal.
10. Submitting a complaint does not limit statutory consumer rights or the right to pursue claims under applicable law.
