Privacy Policy
How DJPORT processes account, technical, payment and service data.
1Account data
- DJPORT processes information necessary to create and operate an account, including email address, login/display name, account settings and service entitlements.
- Passwords are handled by WordPress using protected password storage. DJPORT does not need to know the plain-text password.
2Usage and technical data
- DJPORT may process downloads, previews, favourites, playlists, submitted tracks, Contributor status, sessions and other actions required to provide platform features.
- Servers and security providers may process IP address, timestamps, browser/device information, session identifiers and security logs for operation, fraud prevention and service protection.
3Payments and providers
- Payment records may include account ID, email, selected plan, amount, currency, order number and payment status. Payment providers process payment details under their own privacy terms.
- DJPORT does not need to store full payment-card numbers or card security codes.
4Audio ID, files and email
- DJPORT ID uses the microphone only after user action and device permission. A short audio sample may be sent to the identification provider solely to identify music.
- Music files and metadata may be processed using WordPress hosting, Cloudflare R2/CDN and other technical providers necessary to operate DJPORT.
- Marketing email is sent only where the user has given the required consent. Service and security messages may be sent where necessary to operate the account.
5Rights and contact
- Where applicable, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, subject to legal limitations and identity verification.
- Privacy requests can be submitted through the DJPORT Contact page.
