DJPORT \u2022 MUSIC SUBMISSIONS<\/div>

Music Submission Terms<\/h1>

Rules for uploading tracks and participating in DJPORT CONTRIBUTOR.<\/p>

\n

1<\/span>Submitting music<\/h2>
  1. Users may submit supported audio files and associated metadata for moderation and possible publication in DJPORT.<\/li>
  2. Submission does not guarantee publication. DJPORT may reject material that is technically invalid, misleading, duplicate, spam, low quality, outside the platform profile or reasonably suspected of infringing rights.<\/li>
  3. DJPORT may correct catalogue metadata such as title, version, genre or filename where necessary for organization and search.<\/li><\/ol><\/section>\n

    2<\/span>Your rights and permissions<\/h2>
    1. By submitting material, the user confirms that they own or hold the licences, permissions or other rights necessary to submit and make the material available through DJPORT.<\/li>
    2. The user must not upload material that unlawfully infringes copyrights, neighbouring rights, performer rights, producer\/label rights, trademarks, privacy or other third-party rights.<\/li>
    3. DJPORT may request evidence of rights and may restrict or remove material while a rights issue is reviewed.<\/li><\/ol><\/section>\n

      3<\/span>Technical licence to DJPORT<\/h2>
      1. For as long as submitted material is made available on DJPORT, the user grants DJPORT the permissions technically necessary to store, copy for infrastructure purposes, catalogue, display, stream and deliver the material through platform features.<\/li>
      2. This technical permission does not transfer ownership of copyright to DJPORT.<\/li><\/ol><\/section>\n

        4<\/span>CONTRIBUTOR<\/h2>
        1. Only tracks accepted by DJPORT moderation count toward Contributor rewards.<\/li>
        2. Monthly thresholds are: 20 accepted tracks = 3 Premium days, 50 = 7 days total, 100 = 14 days total. The maximum reward is 14 Premium days per calendar month.<\/li>
        3. Attempts to manipulate rewards through duplicates, multiple accounts or unlawful submissions may result in rejection or account restrictions.<\/li><\/ol><\/section>\n

          5<\/span>Notices and removal<\/h2>
          1. DJPORT may temporarily restrict or remove submitted material after receiving a sufficiently specific and credible infringement notice or where required by law.<\/li>
          2. Users may provide explanations or evidence through the Contact page. DJPORT may restore or permanently remove material after review.<\/li><\/ol><\/section>\n<\/div>
